If you or your child were baptized at St. Mark, we are happy to provide you with a newly issued baptismal certificate. These are commonly needed when preparing for sacraments such as marriage or Confirmation. Please call the Parish Office at (216) 226-7577 to make your request. We will need your name, date of birth, and approximate date of baptism to look up your entry in our sacramental registers.
